GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RULES

The general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded by the Hotel Bleu Azur with non-professional travel.
These general conditions are an integral part of the sales contract.

PRESENTTION: The hotelier has the freedom not to receive clients whose behavior is indecent and neglected clients with noisy or incorrect behavior, customer donations behavior is contrary to morality and public order.

PAYMENT: Payment may be made by credit card, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express, Travellers checks, cash. Bank checks are not accepted.
We ask anyone staying in our establishment to present proper identification for settlements in cash or holiday check. In case you could not provide this document, we would be forced not access your room rental demand

PRICE FOR GROUPS: Contact us

CAPACITY: Any customer of the Hotel Bleu Azur acknowledges the present sales conditions before placing the order. Therefore, taking command causes its full adherence to the terms of sale of the Hotel Bleu Azur and its acceptance subject to all of their provisions.

DISPLAY OF PRICES: Prices are in euros. VAT is always included. The tourist tax is added per person over 18 years per day.
The ½-step pensions and evenings include breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) at one of our partner restaurants (excluding drinks) except for holiday season.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: Your reservation requires the payment of a deposit. The sum equivalent to 100% of the first night or 25% for stays of 4 nights is required by the property at time of booking.
For reservations for the months of July and August:
For one or two nights, the deposit is collected for the entire booking (excluding tourist tax and possible options)
For two nights, a deposit in the amount of two (2) nights plus 30% of the balance of the rest of the stay is taken at booking.
The deposit is not refundable.

BALANCE OF STAY: Throughout the year (except from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay will be settled on the spot upon arrival in cash, credit cards or checks. (Bank checks are not accepted on site).
* In summer period (from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay must be received at least 15 days before arrival.
Non-payment of the balance due time equivalent de facto cancellation of your stay by you and the abandonment of the deposit.
The hotel will re-sell your room without any compensation being due.
In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY: In case of early departure, the stay is due in full. The arrival delays or early departures may in no case be reimbursed.
For stays outside the summer season (from 01/07 to 31/08), the customer may cancel the reservation without charge up to four (4) days prior to arrival (except special conditions for some offers).
In case of late cancellation, the hotel retains the amount of the required deposit.
In case of no show, the hotel charges the total amount of booking overnight stays (excluding holiday taxes and additional services) .even if the room was rented.
In summer period (from 01/07 to 31/08), the deposit is lost forever and not give rise to any compensation,

Any cancellation must reach the hotel by email. The email receipt will be the date used for the cancellation.

UPDATE dispostion ROOMS: Rooms are available from 16h00 and must be vacated no later than 11am on day of departure.
It is forbidden for non-tenants of the facility, access to rooms without permission.

In case of departure beyond this time, an extra night will be charged.
The maid service is performed daily between 9:00 and 13h.
If the room is not freed or if you view the "do not disturb", cleaning your room will not be done.
For stays of longer than 3 days, the bed linen change will occur every three days.

PETS: Small pets are allowed inside the establishment.
They are tolerated at breakfast provided they are terraced and no part of their buffet are given.
The hotel grounds are no planning for their needs, you will be asked to bring them to the outside.

PARKING: We put a free parking space at your disposal, closed at night, per room.
If you want an extra room to park another vehicle, after agreement with reception, it will be charged € 6.50 / night.

HEATED POOL: The pool is open from 15/04 to 30/09.
It includes a 50m pool (1.40m depth) and a paddling pool for children.
It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 7/7.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor or on the terrace from 7 am to 10:00 0 (Monday to Friday) and from 8:00 to 10:30 (Saturday-Sunday and holidays).

INTERNET: A free wifi connection is available in the rooms, the lobby or the terrace.

DAMAGES: We ask you to respect the places and decorate your room. If degradation with consequent inability to rent the room, the management reserves the right to charge an extra night to occupants in addition to a restoration estimate.

NUISANCE: For the respect of the rest of other residents, please do not slam doors and make no noise particularly from 22:00 to 8:00.
In case of excess such as to undermine the tranquility of the establishment and residents, the hotel retains the right to ask the customer to leave the establishment.
