INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general conditions of sale apply to all sales transactions concluded with the Hôtel Bleu Azur. As a result, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to comply with them. These general conditions are an integral part of the sales contract.
PRESENTATION: The hotelier is free not to receive clients whose dress is indecent and neglected, clients with noisy or incorrect behavior, clients whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made by credit cards (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American express), Holiday vouchers and Cash. Bank checks are not accepted. We ask everyone staying in our establishment to present an identity document for payments in cash or holiday vouchers. In the event that you cannot provide us with this document, we will be forced to refuse your request for room rental.
GROUP RATES: Contact us CAPACITY: Any client of the Hotel Bleu Azur acknowledges having read these conditions of sale before placing an order. Therefore, taking an order entails full acceptance of the general conditions of sale of the Hotel Bleu Azur and its acceptance subject to all of their provisions.
PRICE DISPLAY: Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is always included. The tourist tax is added to the rate per person over 18 years old and per day. Half-board and evening stopovers (on presentation of a professional card) include breakfast and a meal (dinner or lunch), at one of our partner restaurants (excluding drinks), except for end-of-year celebrations.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS: Your reservation requires the payment of a deposit. The sum equivalent to 100% of the first night or 25% for stays of more than 4 nights will be requested by the establishment at the time of your reservation. For reservations during the months of July and August: For one or two nights, the deposit is taken for the entire reservation (excluding tourist taxes and possible options) For more than two nights, a deposit corresponding to the amount of two (2) nights plus 30% of the balance of the remainder of the stay are taken on booking. The deposit is not refundable.
BALANCE OF STAY: Throughout the year (except from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay will be paid on the spot, on your arrival either in cash, bank cards or holiday vouchers. (Bank checks are no longer accepted on site). * In the summer period (from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay must reach us at least 15 days before your arrival. The non-payment of the balance on time is equivalent to the cancellation of your stay on your part and the abandonment of the deposit paid. The hotel will be entitled to re-let your room without any compensation being due. In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged. CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY: In case of early departure, the stay is due in full. Delays on arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to reimbursement. For stays outside the summer season (from 07/01 to 08/31), the customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to four (14) days before their arrival (except special conditions for certain offers). In the event of late cancellation, the establishment keeps the amount of the deposit requested. In the event of a no-show, the establishment will charge the total amount of the overnight reservation (excluding tourist taxes and additional services) even if the room has been re-let. In the summer period (from 07/01 to 08/31), the deposit is permanently lost and will not give rise to any compensation. Any cancellation must reach the establishment by email. The date of receipt of the email will be the date chosen for the cancellation.
PROVISION OF ROOMS: The rooms are available from 3.30 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. A supplement may be charged in the event of failure to comply with the maximum departure time. It is forbidden for non-tenants of the establishment to access the rooms without authorization. In the event of departure beyond this time, you will be charged an additional night. The room cleaning service is carried out daily between 9:30 am and 1 pm. If the room is not vacated or if you display the "do not disturb" sign, your room will not be cleaned. For stays of more than 3 days, the change of bed linen will be done every three days.
PETS: Small pets (1 / room) are accepted inside the establishment. They should not be left alone in the room. They are tolerated at breakfast as long as they are on the terrace and are not given any item from the buffet.
The hotel grounds do not have facilities for your needs, you will be asked to take them outside.
PARKING: We provide you with one free parking space per room, closed at night and with video surveillance.
If you want to park an additional vehicle and after approval by the reception, this can be billed at € 10 / night.
HEATED POOL: The pool is open from Easter weekend to September 30th. It has a 50m² pool (1.40m deep) and a paddling pool for children. It is accessible from 9 a.m. M. A 7 p. M. 7 days a week.
BREAKFAST: The continental breakfast is served every day from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, in the dining room or on the terrace.
Our breakfasts are free for children under 4 years old and reduced rate for children under 10 years old.
INTERNET: A free Wi-Fi connection is at your disposal in the rooms, the entrance hall or on the terrace.
RESPONSIBILITIES: the hotel declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage of the clients' belongings during their stay.
The client will be responsible for any damage, degradation and vandalism that may occur, resulting in the impossibility of re-renting the room. The management reserves the right to charge an additional night to the occupants and to request reimbursement for damages caused by these acts.
ANNOYING: To respect the rest of the residents, please do not close the doors and do not make noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. In the event of an excess likely to undermine the tranquility of the establishment and the residents, the hotelier is entitled to invite the client to leave the establishment.
